Blue Ace Media is produced, edited, and managed by students in the Multimedia Journalism class at Granville High School. Additional content is produced by students in the Publications class (Yearbook) and the This Just In video club.

• BluePrints newsmagazine is produced by and for the students of Granville High School and is distributed four times per school year.
• The Blue & White yearbook is produced by and for the students of Granville High School and is distributed in the fall.
• This Just In is produced by and for the students of Granville High School and it shared with students on a monthly basis.

All student publications are funded through sales, advertisements and donations. Blue Ace Media is a member of the Ohio Scholastic Press Association

Editorial Policy

As a forum of student expression, the goal of Blue Ace Media is to provide the high school student’s perspective on relevant issues concerning the school, the community and the world. The  staff makes all decisions on information published in its newsmagazine, its website and its publishing in other social medias. Editorial decisions are based on timeliness, relevance and appropriateness.  Opinions expressed in BluePrints are not necessarily that of the entire staff, the student body or the school.

Letters to the Editor

Blue Ace Media welcomes feedback in the form of Letters to the Editor. To submit your feedback, please email your full name and your letter of around 300 words in length to [email protected]. Letters are subject to discretion and editing, for length, taste and libel.

Comment Policy

Blue Ace Media appreciates comments from our online readers on our website and on social media. Our goal is to foster productive, relevant discussion. All comments must be appropriate and are reviewed before being published. We, therefore, reserve the right to remove any comments that are determined to be inappropriate, including any comments that contain foul language; racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive remarks; spam; and/or personal attacks. All comments must be signed. Although we do our best to review comments as quickly as possible, please allow at least 48 hours for your comment to be approved. If you feel that your comment has been incorrectly deleted, please contact us at [email protected].

We reserve the right to refuse to print an ad for any reason.

Blue Ace Media is primarily produced by students enrolled in the Journalism and Publications classes; however, all Granville High School students are invited to get involved.
