Just like everyone else, the Drama Club has been facing some set backs on how they are going to be able to produce their shows this year. Luckily, they are able to do a live version of their play with a small audience. But what about the people who are not able to see it live?
The Drama and Film clubs are teaming up to make a film version of the fall play this year. They are filming scenes in locations all around the school.
If people want to see the play, they don’t have to worry about trying to get a ticket to the live production. Everyone can simply watch it from the comfort of their own homes.
This will also be a great chance for the students involved in the production piece of this show.
“Its been an amazing experience for my actors to be filmed and I hope it will be a great project for the film club,” Drama Club adviser Sara Sharp said.
The Film Club has been around for a few years, but is being revitalized this year. Creating the film version of the play is a chance for the Film Club to practice their production skills while helping the Drama Club at the same time.
The show will be streamed this weekend using this link: www.showtix4u.com.
