Editorial Policy

Introduction
Blue Ace Media is produced, edited and managed by students at Granville High School. This publication provides an educational experience for students interested in journalism and an opportunity for the sincere expression of all facets of student opinion. It is funded by students through fundraisers, advertisements and donations.

Editorial Policy
The goal of Blue Ace Media is to provide the high school student's perspective on relevant issues concerning the school, the community and the world. The publication reflects the policy and judgment of the student editors. Faculty advisers advise on matters of style, grammar, format and suitability of materials.

Opinions expressed in Blue Ace Media are not necessarily that of the entire staff, the student body, the school or the district.

Letters to the Editor
Blue Ace Media welcomes feedback in the form of Letters to the Editor. To submit your feedback, please email your full name and your letter of around 300 words in length to [email protected]. Letters are subject to discretion and editing, for length, taste and libel.

Comment Policy
Blue Ace Media appreciates comments from our online readers on our website and on social media. Our goal is to foster productive, relevant discussion. All comments must be appropriate and are reviewed before being published. We, therefore, reserve the right to remove any comments that are determined to be inappropriate, including any comments that contain foul language; racist, sexist, or otherwise offensive remarks; spam; and/or personal attacks. All comments must be signed. Although we do our best to review comments as quickly as possible, please allow at least 48 hours for your comment to be approved. If you feel that your comment has been incorrectly deleted, please contact us at [email protected].

Advertising Policy
We reserve the right to refuse to print an ad for any reason.

Blue Ace Media is primarily produced by students enrolled in the Multimedia Journalism, Publications, and the Blue Ace Media club; however, all Granville High School students are invited to get involved. Peyton Goss, Staff Writer

Peyton was a first year member of blueprints her senior year. She is excited and looking forward to this year to communicate with her school and publish Granville's popular stories! During the spring she is on the field playing lacrosse and if not you will find her at home watching Criminal Minds. She will be attending Bowling Green State University! Go Falcons!!

Lyndy Van Horn, Staff Writer

Lyndy is a senior at Granville High School and a first-year member of the Blueprints staff. Lyndy is a captain on the Girls Varsity Soccer Team and a member of several other clubs. She is planning to attend a University and play soccer while studying English. Outside of school, you can find her reading many great books or hanging out with her friends and family.

Sophia Sturiano, Editor in Chief

Sophia Sturiano is a senior, second-year Blue Ace Media contributor, and current Editor in Chief. She's been a goalie for GHS Field Hockey for three years and has been involved backstage in theater since Freshman year. Sophia is the president of the Gender Sexuality Alliance and an editor for the Blue Ace Media Club. Sophia collects National Geographic, vintage books, and CDs.

Max Haley, Sports Writer

Max is a senior at Granville High School and a first-year member of the Blueprints staff. Max plays basketball and lacrosse and is a member of the DECA business club, where he is the VP of Community Engagement and Relations. He plans on attending college as a communications major, and wants to go to the place that best provides opportunities for him to pursue his career in sports media, as a broadcaster. Outside of school, you can find him watching collegiate and professional football, playing video games, hanging out with friends and family, and doing many more activities.

Sevin Park, Staff Writer

Sevin park is a junior member in blue print. She's an exchange student from South Korea.
