A big factor for the job is being around guys that have pride in the program and want to take the next step.”

How do you feel about the team this year?
“From a lacrosse standpoint, we’re struggling right now. We are 0 and 6, but we’re making improvements. I’ve been very pleased with the effort that we’ve given in the last couple of games. I think if we continue to build on that, it’s going to put us in a good spot, a better spot than we were in the beginning of the year. From a character standpoint, I love being around the guys. The seniors are a goofy bunch of kids, but they’re all good kids. I like helping out young people, so I enjoy going to practice every day.”
