The BAM staff is celebrating 25 seniors from the Class of 2025! Starting May 1, we’ll highlight one randomly selected senior each day as we count down to graduation. The thirteenth senior is Ethan Stephens.
What has been the highlight of your senior year?
Spending more time with my friends and enjoying the memories I’m creating with my friends.
What is your favorite memory of your time in high school?
My favorite memory from high school is going to Disney during my freshman year with all of my friends.
What are your future plans?
My future plans are going to Ohio University for cyber security. I am debating on taking a gap year and joining the Air National Guard then going to OU.
What will you miss the most about high school?
I will miss seeing the people I’ve grown up with my whole life every day.
What are you looking forward to after graduation?
I am looking forward to having the experience of going to college and being responsible for myself.
What was your favorite school lunch (alternatively, favorite thing you’ve brought)?
My favorite school lunch was the old pizza from freshman-junior year.
What Portrait of Graduate competency do you identify most with?
Empathy. I try to look at everybody’s situation and apply it to the situation they currently are involved in.
What was your favorite class?
My favorite class was Latin I and II with Mr. Fisher.
What was your favorite class project?
My favorite class project was in Forensics with the blood spatter analysis lab.
What advice would you give underclassmen?
I would tell them to enjoy every moment and not take it for granted. Don’t be looking forward to tomorrow; look forward to today.
