It’s that time of year again. The start of December means the start of holiday programs and concerts around the area.
On Saturday, Granville will officially start of the holiday season with various festive activities on Broadway including a performance by the Chamber Choir at 3:30 on the post office steps.
On Dec. 7, the Symphonic Choir will be performing with the Newark Granville Symphony at the Midland Theater in downtown Newark.
Following that, the annual high school holiday concert is on Dec. 10 at 7:00 in the auditorium, and the holiday concert assembly, which is just shorter version of the holiday concert, will be on Dec. 12 in the auditorium.
