Principal Matt Durst recently announced he and his wife are expecting baby number three sometime around on Aug. 24
“We’re very excited,” Durst said.
Durst said they do not want to know the sex of the baby and plan to have names for either gender. They like Hannah for a girl, but don’t have a name picked out for a boy yet.
Durst recently signed a 2-year contract to be the principal at GHS, which means he be very busy at the beginning of the 2015-2016 school year with work and the birth of his new baby.
Durst currently has two sons, Henry (5) and Hudson (3). All of his children will eventually attend Granville schools.
His oldest son now competes in T-Ball with the GRD, but his youngest son is “too young to compete at this time.”
“They will acquire many state championships in their time with Granville schools,” he joked.
