The main street is home to some of the most popular food stops in licking county. With a diverse array of options and price ranges, there is bound to be something for everyone on Granville’s most popular strip.

I decided to go to each of the most popular restaurants throughout the day.

I started with breakfast of course, and with 2 coffee shops in town I decided to go to both. I got a large frozen river road from The River Road coffee shop and a sausage egg and cheese bagel from the coffee shop. The Coffee was a definite 8/10 if a bit pricy, the breakfast sandwich was good at about a 7.5/10

For lunch, I chose to visit local sandwich shop Snapshots and ordered The Universal sandwich with a large lemonade and a side salad. The sandwich was excellent and has to receive a 9/10 for sure. The portion sizes were great and the quality was very high. The lemonade was good not great and the salad complimented the sandwich well. I would defiantly recommend eating here.

The largest meal of my day was dinner and for this, I decided to eat at Day Y Noche. This was a meal I was excited for, firstly because this is an extremely popular spot in Granville and secondly I have eaten here before and know how good it can be. Today I ordered the shrimp tacos because they were recommended to me because of how good they were. I was NOT disappointed with the food at all. The Tacos were an easy 9/10 as they were the perfect mix of spice and taste, as well the food was very reasonably priced and the service was quick and friendly.

Finally for dessert I went to the very popular custard shop Whits. I asked what the most popular item was because there were just to many options. They recommended the “Buckeye madness Whitser” It was a large mixture of custard peanut butter chocolate syrup and Reese’s chocolate. Overall it was very good but the large was a mistake as there was just to much for me to eat. I would rate it a 7/10.

There is a wide selection of restaurants and food options in Granville that I was unable to get to and review, but the locations that I was able to visit did not disapoint me at all. I was happy with the service I recived from each of the locations I went to and would recommend each of the food items I purchased.
